Agreement. These Terms govern your subscription to ETradeRadar (“Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and the Disclosures.
Service Description. The Service provides educational content and trade-idea formatting (“signals”) that you may review. The Service is not individualized advice and does not provide trade execution.
Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts.
Subscription & Billing. The annual subscription price is $799 USD per year, billed in advance. Payment processing is handled by a third-party provider. Stripe is the recommended payment processor. You may use Stripe Payment Links or a Stripe Pricing Table embedded on the website.
Refunds & Cancellation. Unless required by law, fees are non-refundable. You may cancel renewal at any time; access continues until the end of your paid term. If you purchase through a third-party processor, their billing terms may also apply.
No Guarantees. The Service does not guarantee profitability, performance, or outcomes. Trading involves risk of loss.
User Responsibilities. You are responsible for your trading decisions, tax reporting, and compliance with all applicable laws. Do not share your login credentials; do not redistribute paid content.
Prohibited Use. You may not copy, resell, scrape, reverse engineer, or redistribute the Service. Automated extraction of content is prohibited.
Intellectual Property. All content, branding, and materials are owned by ETradeRadar or its licensors.
Limitation of Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ETradeRadar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any trading losses, data loss, or lost profits arising from use of the Service.
Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ETradeRadar from claims arising out of your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.
Changes. We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
